Operation steps of vegetable bubble cleaning machine:
(1) Clean the water tank thoroughly and fill it with water; Inject clean water into the main tank until water overflows from the overflow port.
(2) Start the conveyor belt motor to ensure normal operation and correct direction of the belt;
(3) Start the vortex pump to inject air into the water tank, causing the water inside the tank to churn;
(4) Open the spray pipe valve to evenly spray water onto the mesh belt;
(5) Check all operating parts and confirm that they are functioning properly before starting work.
(6) Depending on the degree of cleaning of the material, it can be cleaned separately before being transported by the conveyor belt.
