This dehydrator is a rubber shock absorber, which can avoid foot vibration during operation due to unbalanced load inside the drum.
The shell is made of stainless steel plate, the chassis material is cast iron, the water outlet pipe is on the side of the bucket, and the base and column base materials are all cast iron.
The spindle system is made of steel and equipped with two bearings. The lower end is supported by thrust ball bearings to reduce wear and save power.
This dehydrator adopts a time controller to control the working time, which can be freely set according to the dehydration time of the raw materials.
5、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. The operator must be familiar with the structure, performance, and operating methods of the machine.
2. When adding materials, they should be evenly distributed to avoid excessive vibration.
3. During normal operation, do not open the top cover to avoid danger.
4. Please do not place any items on the top cover to avoid accidents after driving.
5. Regular maintenance every six months, add new butter.
